About Me

I am a perpetual student.

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated with health, wellness, and healing. Within my traditional education I felt something was missing. I saw that spirituality, wisdom, embodiment, and deeper awareness of consciousness were missing from traditional psychology.

I felt my questions were not being answered and my curiosity had no outlet.

My education has been driven by creativity, openness, curiosity, passion, and what I needed to accomplish to help others. I continued with a focus on integrative and somatic psychology with a holistic foundation to facilitate wholeness. I found institutions, educators, and mentors who also felt and experienced the limits of how far our current systems of healing go for people. I received training in many different approaches to healing.

I use the most effective techniques from therapeutic approaches to understand each client’s unique needs.

This approach became the outlet to what I was seeking. It became an amalgam of the empirical paradigms of psychology and alternative traditions of healing, while also emphasizing an understanding of spiritual dimensions that underlie them. I continue to build upon it through continued research, education, and lived experience.

With a holistic approach, I empower my clients to heal and start moving forward in life.

I recognized the same truth as those who influenced me the most. Each of them imparted the empowering message that individuals have the power to heal and change their own lives with body, mind, and spiritual guidance. Working on personal and relational development opens up the capacity for your own spiritual growth and guidance to be enhanced. This shared message came from a place of individual thought, but it was rooted in a common body of wisdom.

I push the limits of what is possible with my own mind, body, and emotions because I want to continue to evolve. I desire growth for others, and I am passionate about helping individuals and couples suffering from distressing symptoms. I want to kindle the fire underneath you until you can fuel it yourself. The first step to healing is seeking truth.
